These terms and conditions apply to purchases at duoclips.dk.
Delivery
Goods are shipped from Denmark.
The delivery time is up to 5 business days.
We generally ship with GLS or another similar carrier.
Freight
The shipping price is displayed at checkout and depends on weight and delivery method.
Receipt of goods
When you receive the item, you must check whether the packaging and contents are intact.
Any transport damage must be reported before 7 weekdays.
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the goods.
The item must be returned in the same condition and in original packaging.

You pay the return shipping yourself.
We will refund the amount no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
Complaint
The purchase is subject to the rules of the Danish Sales Act.
The right of complaint is 24 months.
Contact us at info@duoclips.dk with a description and pictures of the problem and we will assess the matter.
Payment
Payment is made in Danish kroner (DKK).
The amount will only be deducted once the item has been shipped.
Resale
Our products may not be resold without written agreement with DuoClips ApS.

We only record the personal information that is necessary to deliver your goods.
Data is only passed on to shipping partners.
Information is stored in accordance with applicable legislation.
Applicable law and venue
Purchases at duoclips.dk are subject to Danish law.
Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
